As per the Victorian DHHS guidance, the 2020 Ski Season commence on 21 June 2020 at 11:59pm. Arlberg will be open from this date onwards for accommodation. Specific DHHS guidelines and updates can be found here.
In the midst of the many things you need to think about right now we don’t want your winter snow bookings to be one of them.
Mt Buller is working hard to make the resort ready to welcome guests this winter, but first we will all get through the challenges posed by COVID-19. The health and safety of our community comes first.
Mt Buller, and its operators, understand that COVID-19 may require changes to your plans between now and then, and we don’t want you to worry. So in addition to the existing cancellation policies offered by accommodation providers and commercial operators the new COVID-19 Cancellation Policy has been developed allowing you to request a cancellation, change of dates, forward credit or full refund on your pre-paid resort entry, accommodation, lift, lesson, rental products and other pre-paid services and activities from participating partners if;
Mt Buller is working with event organisers to align cancellation policies for Entry Fees – please contact event organisers directly for guidance.
This policy is in addition to the standard booking terms and conditions provided by Arlberg Hotel. In the event of any inconsistencies between these, then this policy shall take precedence.
If your circumstance meets any of the criteria listed above, please contact Arlberg Hotel to request a reservation change, or cancellation. Please note that Arlberg Hotel can only assist in matters where we have processed monies for your accommodation package, including extras purchased directly with us. If you have purchased your own lift passes, gate entry, activities, etc. you will have to contact those operators for cancellation, change of dates, refunds, etc. (i.e. purchases made through the Mt Buller website you will have to contact Buller Holidays – 1800 BULLER).
You will be required to provide supporting documentation such as medical certificate when applying for a cancellation or reservations change. All claims, with supporting documentation, are to be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.
