Arlberg Hotel & COVID-19 Cancellation Policy 2022

In addition to the standard cancellation policy, Arlberg Hotel will provide a cancellation, change of dates, or full/partial (based on the pricing of actual products for days consumed) refund or credit on unused pre-paid accommodation, rental products and other unused pre-paid services and activities booked via the Arlberg web site's online stores if:

  • Victorian Government coronavirus restrictions close Mt Buller resort.
  • Government coronavirus restrictions prevented you from traveling on your intended dates.

If your circumstance meets the criteria listed above, please email the Arlberg Hotel reservations team to request a reservation change, or cancellation. Please insert "Coronavirus Application" in the subject line and include the details of your booking (reservation number, surname on booking etc ).

Please note that it is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure all parties in the booking comply with Government directions to allow your travelling party to visit the Mt. Buller and Mt. Stirling Alpine Resort. No cancellations will be accepted if you or applicable members of your travelling party have not met this obligation.

We reserve our right to cancel and refund reservations for interstate and overseas customers if they are in a government restricted lockdown area 21 days prior to their arrival date. The affected customers that still insist on keeping their reservations within the 21 days period prior to their intended dates will not be eligible for cancelations if they cannot visit The Mt Buller and Mt Stirling resorts due to any restrictions.

This policy should be viewed as an addition to rather than a replacement for travel insurance which is recommended.

We reserve our rights to amend the Terms & Conditions based on the latest Government regulations.
